Deborah Feingold
Deborah Feingold is a leading portrait photographer who began her career 40 years ago when she became immersed in the jazz culture of the late 70’s photographing Chet Baker, Miles Davis, and other jazz legends. After working as the first staff photographer of Musician Magazine for 5 years, she continued photographing musicians and other iconic individuals for the next 3 decades.
As a contributor to Rolling Stone, People, New York Times, and Time magazine, among many other publications, Feingold has photographed most of the biggest names in pop culture as well as notable artists, scientists, and political leaders including American presidents. She has created over 300 portraits for book covers including “The Audacity Of Hope'' by Barack Obama. Feingold’s work has been published and exhibited extensively throughout the world. Her anthology of music portraits entitled “MUSIC” was published by Damiani Books in 2014.
